You can surf and add products to the cart without registration but only registered shoppers will be able to checkout and place orders. Registered members have to be logged in at the time of checking out the cart, they will be prompted to do so if they are not logged in.

Each email address and contact phone number can only be associated with one GrenoMart.com account.

Yes, every account on GrenoMart.com can be associated with many delivery address. Addresses available to you for delivery are shown depending on the address associated with the account as primary address and then other addresses.

My Account is the section you reach after you log in at GrenoMart.com. My Account allows you to track your active orders, personal details as well as see your order history and update your delivery addresses and password.

You need to click on Forgot Password then enter your email address on the email field and click on submit. An email with a reset password will be sent to your email address. With this, you can change your password. In case of any further issues please mail us at customerservice@grenomart.com.

Yes. After login, you need to enter your password on the My Account page and click on Deactivate my account. You will be de-associate from GrenoMart.com. However, you can register yourself in future if you want.

Delivery slots are time slots during which you will receive your order. GrenoMart.com currently offers 2 delivery slots each day. These are:

  • Slot 1 - 9:00 am to 11:00 am
  • Slot 2 - 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm

No. Delivery slot cannot be changed once the order is placed. In case of an urgent requirement of change of slot please contact our customer support team and, we will try our best to accommodate your request.

No. Once you have placed your order you will not be able to make modifications on the order. Please contact our customer support team for any modification on order.

No, you can only order products which are in stock. We try to ensure availability of all products on our website. However, due to supply chain issues, sometimes this is not possible.

You can check the status of your order is by visiting "My Account" Active Order section or by contacting our customer support team.

You can cancel an order before the cut off time of your slot (1 pm for evening slots and 6 am for morning slots) or by contacting our customer support team.

You will receive an email as well as an sms about unavailable items or unavailable quantity before the delivery of your order.

You have to pay for your order by Cash on Delivery on GrenoMart.com.

The VAT is included in the MRP of products. There are no additional taxes added by GrenoMart.com to your order. The prices you see on our product pages are the prices you pay. There is a delivery charge of Rs. 20 on orders below Rs. 300.

No. In case you don't have the remaining amount, you will get only the products of amount you have but you will be charge 10% more of the total amount.

Once you are done selecting your products and click on checkout you will be prompted to select delivery slot. Your order will be delivered to you on the day and slot selected by you. If we are unable to deliver the order during the specified time duration (this sometimes happens due to unforeseen situations) we will credit 5% of your order value to you.

Fresh fruits and vegetables are hand picked, hand cleaned and hand packed in reusable plastic trays covered with cling. We ensure hygienic and careful handling of all our products.

We have a dedicated team of delivery personnel and a fleet of vehicles operating across the city which ensures timely and accurate delivery to our customers.

You can change your delivery address on our website once you log into your account. Click on “My Account” at the top right hand corner and go to the “Delivery Address” section to add, change or delete your delivery address.

Delivery is free for orders above Rs. 300. For any orders below that, we charge Rs. 20 as a delivery fee.

We deliver in all the sectors of Greater Noida only. In case you are not sure about your delivery area, you can see the list of all delivery areas in which we are delivering, click on 'Greater Noida' (top left corner of page).

In case of a delay, our customer support team will keep you updated about your delivery. Additionally 10% of the order value will be credited to you.

We do same day delivery at a place provided by you on order before 12 noon on the day.

No. We are a purely internet based company and do not have any brick and mortar stores.
